Our client is a highly regarded skin & beauty clinic in North County Dublin, known for their welcoming atmosphere, advanced skincare results, and loyal clientele. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a confident and motivated Salon Manager / Beauty Therapist to join their team.


This is a dynamic dual position where you’ll lead our wonderful team while performing premium treatments. You’ll combine your passion for skincare and service with your ability to guide and uplift those around you.

Primary Duties

What You’ll Do

• Leadership & Clinic Management
• Inspire and support a team of talented therapists
• Oversee scheduling, bookings & daily operations
• Maintain a warm, professional, high-standard clinic environment
• Drive retail & treatment success through coaching
• Assist with training, onboarding & development
• Manage stock, ordering & supplier relationships
• Partner with leadership to achieve business goals
• Handle client queries with care & confidence

Treatment Responsibilities

• Perform a range of beauty & skincare services to an exceptional standard
• Develop personalised treatment plans
• Deliver results-driven experiences that build trust
• Recommend suitable homecare & treatment journeys
• Maintain the highest hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience as a skin/beauty therapist
• Experience as a manager, leader, or senior therapist
• Recognised qualifications (ITEC / CIBTAC / CIDESCO or equivalent)
• Experience with advanced skincare preferred (peels, microneedling, laser, etc.)
• Confident communicator with a friendly manner
• Passion for helping clients feel amazing
• Strong organisational skills & attention to detail
• Proactive, positive attitude
• Experience with Phorest
