Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of therapists to ensure the highest standards of treatment and service delivery
• Carry out advanced skin and beauty treatments to an excellent standard
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, including staff rotas, stock control, and treatment schedules
• Deliver in-depth consultations and recommend appropriate skincare treatments and products
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, compliance, and client safety in line with clinic protocols
• Assist in recruitment, training, and development of team members
• Contribute to the overall business growth through client retention, retail sales, and team performance

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in a clinic/spa environment
• Proven experience in a senior or leadership role within the beauty/aesthetics industry
• Strong knowledge of skincare and advanced skin treatments (e.g. peels, microneedling, laser – desirable)
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• A professional, positive attitude and a genuine passion for beauty and skincare
