Primary Duties

Woulfe Wellness is seeking an experienced Beauty & Wellness Therapist who is committed to delivering exceptional treatments, building client confidence and creating outstanding experiences.This role is ideal for a therapist who enjoys combining beauty, wellness and holistic care while working within a respected and established clinic environment.

The successful candidate will have experience in some or all of the following:

• Facials and Skin Treatments

• Massage Therapies

• Reflexology

• Waxing

• Tinting and Brow Treatments

• Body Treatments

• Client Consultations

• Treatment Planning

• Homecare and Product Recommendations

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

• Qualified Beauty Therapist (ITEC, CIDESCO, CIBTAC or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years' experience preferred

• Strong consultation and communication skills

• Experience in massage and/or reflexology desirable

• Professional appearance and presentation

• Warm, engaging and client-focused personality

• Passion for skin health, wellness and client care

• Positive team player

• Commitment to ongoing learning and development

Requirements

 

• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland

• Must be available to work agreed clinic hours, including some late evenings and some weekends. 

• Must be punctual, reliable and professionally presented

• Must be confident communicating clearly with clients and colleagues

• Must be comfortable following clinic/ spa policies, treatment protocols and hygiene standards

• Must maintain accurate client records and consultation notes

• Must be willing to complete ongoing training and product education

• Must work well as part of a professional team

• Must be open to feedback, coaching and continuous improvement

• Must understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion

• Must be committed to delivering a consistently high standard of client care

• Must support a positive, respectful and kind team culture
