Primary Duties

As a Senior Beauty Therapist, you will perform a wide range of treatments to the highest standard, including:

  • Advanced Waxing (essential)
  • BIBA, Shellac & Nail Art
  • Manicures & Pedicures
  • Facials using Dermalogica
  • Massage (Back, Neck & Shoulder and Full Body)
  • Lash & Brow Tinting
  • Lash Lift (LVL)
  • Booking and rebooking clients, managing appointments, and promoting aftercare and retail products
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional working environment at all times
  • Makeup application would be an advantage but is not essential.

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
  • Fully qualified Senior Beauty Therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience performing a wide range of treatments in a busy salon
  • Proven expertise in Advanced Waxing is essential
  • Strong skills in nails, facials, massage, lash & brow services
  • Professional, client-focused, and detail-oriented approach
  • Confident communicator with the ability to rebook clients and promote services
  • Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to ongoing learning and development
