The Wax Room is seeking an experienced, passionate and professional Senior Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and expanding team in the heart of Ratoath Village.
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled therapist who loves delivering exceptional client care and is looking to grow their career within a well-established salon. We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced facialists who are passionate about skin health and advanced beauty treatments.

With plans to continue expanding our treatment offering and team, this role offers genuine opportunities for progression into supervisory and management positions for the right candidate. For the past 17 years, The Wax Room has built a reputation for delivering professional treatments in a warm, welcoming and relaxing boutique environment.

We are looking for a confident and experienced therapist who can work independently while contributing positively to a growing team. If you're an experienced Senior Therapist or Facialist looking for your next career move and would love to join a growing salon with exciting plans for the future, we'd love to hear from you. Primary Duties

Essential Requirements

Please only apply if you have a minimum of 2 years' professional salon experience. You should be experienced and confident in:

  • Advanced facials and skincare treatments
  • Skin consultations and treatment planning
  • Brows and lash treatments
  • LVL Lash Lift treatments
  • Professional waxing (essential)
  • Spray tanning
  • Client consultations and retail recommendations
  • Maintaining exceptional hygiene and treatment standards
  • Experience with laser hair removal would be advantageous but is not essential.

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.

  • Excellent waxing skills
  • Friendly, professional and reliable
  • Organised and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences
  • Interest in social media and promoting salon services is a bonus
  • Ambitious and keen to progress within the business
  • A full driving licence and access to a car would be beneficial due to the salon's location.
