We are currently seeking a Senior / Lead Beauty Therapist to oversee our therapy team and ensure the highest standards of treatment delivery, care, and professionalism across our treatment rooms.

Primary Duties

About the Role:

As Senior / Lead Therapist, you will:

• Be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and support of the therapy team
• Oversee the quality, hygiene, and safety standards across treatment rooms
• Ensure smooth communication between therapists, reception, and management
• Deliver advanced skin and body treatments to the highest standard
• Mentor junior staff and lead by example in all client interactions
• Support ongoing training, development, and performance standards within the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the therapy team to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain treatment protocols and health & safety procedures
• Ensure all treatments are carried out to the clinic’s renowned standards
• Liaise effectively between team members and management
• Assist in scheduling, treatment planning, and client flow
• Participate in consultations, providing personalised treatment and skincare recommendations

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in a beauty or skin clinic setting
• Recognised qualifications (ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and holistic therapies
• Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a clinic or spa setting
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills
• A calm, professional presence with a genuine passion for skin and wellness
