Reports To: Clinic Director / Medical Director

Role Type: Full-Time (Tuesday – Saturday)

Package: €35,000 – €45,000 Basic (DOE) + Performance bonus

The Role
At Glé Aesthetics, we are dedicated to building lasting radiance through science-led skin and hair rejuvenation. We are seeking a passionate, results-driven Specialist to deliver advanced non-surgical treatments in our new boutique clinic. You will be responsible for providing high-end clinical care, building bespoke patient journeys, and working alongside our Medical Director to ensure the highest safety standards.

Primary Duties

Advanced Consultations: Perform in-depth digital skin analyses to create personalised 6-to-12-month treatment plans.

Laser & Light Therapy: Safely and confidently operate advanced laser and light-based platforms.

Skin Revision: Perform advanced treatments including Medical Microneedling (SkinPen), Chemical Peels, advanced facials and Radiofrequency.

Hair Rejuvenation Support: Assist in scalp preparation for medical hair treatments and perform therapist-led scalp stimulation.

Patient Management: Maintain meticulous digital records and follow-up with patients to ensure exceptional results and retention.

Retail Excellence: Educate patients on medical-grade homecare to enhance clinical outcomes. Use Social Media to promote the clinic.

Requirements

4 Years minimum experience.

Accreditation: Education and qualification in laser treatments.ITEC/CIBTAC Level 5 or 6 (Advanced Skin Science).

Experience: Minimum 4 years in an aesthetic or clinical environment.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of skin anatomy, Fitzpatrick skin typing, skincare, beauty products, and the latest trends in the industry. Confident in operating multiple laser technologies.

Communication: A high level of "soft skills" and empathy, with the ability to explain complex clinical procedures to patients clearly.

Professionalism: Meticulous attention to hygiene, safety, and clinic presentation. Punctuality, and a positive attitude. A strong interest in ongoing professional development in aesthetics

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
