We are currently seeking an experienced Skin & Laser Therapist who is ready to take the next step into a more commercial, patient-focused role. This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with patient consultation and sales, supporting clients throughout their journey from initial enquiry through to treatment. You will be primarily based in Dublin, with travel to clinics nationwide to support consultations, patient coordination, and clinic performance. Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations and develop tailored treatment plans
• Guide patients through their journey from initial enquiry to treatment decision
• Use a consultative approach to combine clinical expertise with sales conversion
• Support clinics with patient coordination and follow-up care
• Travel to clinics nationwide for consult days (fully expensed)
• Maintain accurate patient records using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
• Work towards KPIs and performance targets in a supportive environment

Requirements

About You

• Qualified Skin & Laser Therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in skin, laser, or aesthetics
• Strong experience in consultations and client care
• Commercially aware with a natural ability to build trust and convert clients
• Experience working with targets, KPIs, and results-driven environments
• Familiar with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or similar)
• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel
