We work with world-leading skincare brands including IMAGE, Yon-Ka, ASAP, and Elemis, and offer advanced treatments such as Microneedling, Venus Glow, IPL, bespoke facials, specialist spa treatments, and nails.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Therapist / Manager to join our expert team and play a key role in shaping the future of Lemons.

Primary Duties

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a talented team of therapists,  specialists, and nail technicians
• Mentoring, training, and developing staff to deliver exceptional treatments and customer experiences
• Overseeing day-to-day salon operations, including scheduling, stock management, and supplier relations
• Ensuring all treatments meet the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and quality
• Driving growth through exceptional client service, retail sales, and innovative treatment offerings
• Supporting the salon owner in strategic planning and operational excellence
• Delivering high-quality facials and advanced skin treatments
• Performing waxing, lash & brow treatments

Requirements

We are looking for someone who combines technical expertise with leadership flair:

• Fully qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist/ Skin Therapist with advanced treatment knowledge
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a busy beauty or spa environment
• Passionate about skincare, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Business-minded, organized, and confident in managing salon operations and stock
• Ambitious, looking to grow with a thriving and respected brand
• Strong product knowledge and passion for skincare
