Primary Duties

  • Deliver a wide range of beauty and skin treatments to a high professional standard
  • Carry out skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and homecare
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every client has a positive experience
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times
  • Promote and recommend retail products to support client results
  • Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
  • Support the team with daily clinic operations
  • Upsell treatments and packages where appropriate
  • Continue to learn and develop skills through ongoing training

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a beauty or skin clinic
  • Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Willingness to learn and upskill
  • A positive team player
  • Laser experience an advantage
  • Threading experience an advantage
