We are seeking a passionate and professional Skin Therapist / Facialist to join our growing clinic in the heart of beautiful Hillsborough village. Initially, this role will offer approximately 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as client demand increases for the successful candidate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is dedicated to helping clients achieve their skincare goals while delivering exceptional treatments and customer care in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality facial and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalised treatment plans.
• Provide expert skincare advice and product recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and support their long-term skin health journey.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and client care.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and skincare innovations.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Minimum Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification.
• Strong knowledge of facial treatments and skincare.
• Friendly, professional, and reliable approach.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding results and client experiences.

Desirable

• Previous experience working as a Facialist or Skin Therapist.
• Environ training or experience (preferred but not essential).
• Interest in holistic skin health and advanced skincare treatments.
