We’re hiring a Spa Therapist to join the award-winning Mint Medispa at Pembroke Kilkenny - Ireland’s Boutique Hotel of the Year 2024

About Mint
We are specialists in Skincare, Laser and Holistic treatments. We collaborate with clinical skincare leaders, including Dermalogica, PCA Skin, and AlumierMD, to deliver lasting results. Our Gaia massage therapies and holistic rituals support overall wellness and complement every skin journey.
Mint Medispa is home to advanced aesthetic and wellbeing treatments utilising technologies such as the Candela GentleMax Pro and Nordlys IPL & 1550 lasers, addressing concerns ranging from pigmentation and rosacea to scarring and sun damage.

Primary Duties

As a Spa Therapist at Mint, you’ll deliver personalised treatments with professionalism and care in a team driven by excellence. You’ll help clients feel their best, supported by best-in-class technology and skincare brands, for results driven services.

Your responsibilities will include:

·       Performing treatments to the highest industry and brand standards

·       Creating a warm, welcoming space for clients

·       Supporting skincare plans and retail recommendations

·       Contributing to day-to-day MediSpa operations

·       Maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation in all guest areas

·       Communicating clearly with your team and other departments

·       Representing Mint and Pembroke brands with pride

·       Contribution to the continuing development of the business

 

While the nature of the business requires flexibility with hours, this is within a group renowned for its commitment to wellbeing, work-life balance, and personal progression.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Beauty or Massage Therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year’s hands-on experience in massage and facial treatments.
• Strong working knowledge of professional skincare, skin types, and treatment adaptations.
• Deep commitment to wellness, guest care, and continuous learning.
• Calm, confident presence and strong communication skills.
• Passion for delivering both relaxing and results-focused treatments.
