We are recruiting on behalf of a leading brand for a commercially driven Account Manager/ Field Sales Rep to manage and grow a large territory across North Dublin and Northern Ireland.

This is a field-based role suited to a results-focused professional who thrives on building strong client relationships, generating new business, and working to clear sales KPIs and revenue targets .This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious sales professional looking to take ownership of a territory and drive meaningful commercial growth.

Primary Duties

• Manage, maintain, and grow a defined territory across North Dublin and Northern Ireland
• Generate and qualify new leads through proactive prospecting and networking
• Build long-term partnerships with existing accounts to drive retention and revenue growth
• Work to structured KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics
• Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into active accounts
• Represent the brand professionally at industry events and client meetings
• Deliver territory growth through strategic account planning and consistent follow-up
• Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline management
• Full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly

• Proven track record in sales and target-driven environments
• Strong ability to generate, qualify, and close new business
• Commercially aware with excellent relationship-building skills
• Confident managing a large territory independently
• Comfortable representing a brand at events and within professional settings
• Highly organised with strong administrative and reporting skills
