We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Field Business Consultant to join a leading, fast-growing cosmetic and plastic surgery clinic in Ireland. This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on building strong relationships with clinics, practitioners, and patients, while supporting the growth of premium aesthetic treatments and services across the region. Dublin based with travel.

The ideal candidate will already have experience within aesthetics, skincare, laser, or medical field sales, and will be confident managing a territory, working to KPIs, and using a CRM system such as Salesforce. This role suits someone who enjoys being out in the field, developing long-term client relationships, and working in a consultative, patient-focused environment where commercial growth and customer experience go hand in hand.

Requirements

4 Years minimum experience.
