We are now seeking an exceptional Front of House/ Clinic Receptionist to join our Hatch Street clinic. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished, highly organised, and client-focused professional who thrives in a luxury service environment and genuinely enjoys delivering an outstanding customer experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow and progress within the business over time.

The Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in ensuring every client receives a warm, professional, and seamless experience from the moment they enter the clinic. This is a varied and fast-paced role requiring someone who can multitask confidently while remaining calm, professional, and attentive to detail at all times.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting clients in a warm and professional manner
• Managing appointments, bookings, and clinic diaries
• Handling phone and email enquiries
• Supporting the day-to-day smooth running of the clinic
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Assisting with client follow-up and customer care
• Supporting the clinical and management team where required
• Maintaining high presentation and service standards throughout the clinic
• Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring an exceptional client journey

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous Front of House, reception, clinic, beauty, aesthetics, hospitality, or luxury customer service experience
• Highly client-focused with excellent communication skills
• Professional, polished, and well presented
• Calm under pressure with the ability to multitask
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Positive, proactive, and team-oriented
• Confident using booking systems, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and general administration systems
• A genuine interest in aesthetics, skin, beauty, wellness, or healthcare is highly desirable
