Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Laser and Dermatology Nurse to join our clinical team. The successful candidate will provide support in the delivery of medical and cosmetic dermatology services, perform a variety of advanced skin and laser treatments, and ensure optimal patient care under the supervision of our consultant dermatologists.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laser treatments for hair removal, pigmentation, vascular lesions, acne, and skin rejuvenation.
• Assist with minor dermatological procedures including biopsies, excisions, and cryotherapy.
• Support the implementation of medical treatment plans for conditions such as acne, rosacea, eczema, and psoriasis.
• Provide pre- and post-treatment care and education to patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with GDPR and medical standards.
• Operate and maintain medical and laser devices in line with safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines.
• Monitor patient outcomes and report concerns to the supervising dermatologist.
• Participate in audits, training, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Registered Nurse with active NMBI registration (or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or laser therapy.
• Certified in the use of medical-grade lasers (e.g., Cutera, Candela, Lumenis).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence
• Passion for skincare and ongoing learning in dermatology and aesthetics.
• Desirable:
• Experience in a private dermatology or aesthetics clinic.
• Additional qualifications in dermatology or aesthetic nursing.
• Familiarity with EMR (electronic medical records) systems.
