Opportunity to join Ireland’s leading Aesthetic Company! We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aesthetic Trainer to join a highly respected and reputable skincare and aesthetics business in Dublin. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity (3–4 days per month initially, with potential to increase), ideally suited to a Skin Therapist or Nurse with advanced skin and aesthetics expertise who also holds a teaching or assessing qualification.

You will play a key role in delivering professional training to skincare professionals, equipping them with the skills and confidence to provide advanced aesthetic treatments to the highest standard.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training sessions in advanced skin and aesthetics treatments to qualified professionals.
• Ensure training content is engaging, practical, and aligned with industry best practice.
• Assess learners’ skills and provide constructive feedback to support their professional growth.
• Keep up to date with the latest advancements, products, and technologies within aesthetics.
• Maintain accurate training records and support participants in achieving their learning goals.
• Represent the business with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a focus on excellence.

Requirements

• Qualified Skin Therapist or Nurse with solid experience in skincare and aesthetics.
• Teaching and Assessing Qualification (essential).
• Proven experience delivering training within the skincare or aesthetics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate learners.
• Passion for raising standards within the aesthetics industry.
• Flexibility to work on a contract basis, 3–4 days per month (with potential for additional days).
