Our clinic from Harley Street London is opening a new location in Fitzwilliam Square. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Beautician/Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. As a Beautician/Aesthetician, you will provide a wide range of beauty and aesthetic treatments to our valued clients. You will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and the latest techniques, helping clients enhance their natural beauty and boost their confidence. Primary Duties

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments: body/face treatments, and non-invasive aesthetic procedures.
• Recommend appropriate treatments and skincare regimens based on client consultations and assessments.
• Ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and sterilization of all equipment, tools, and treatment rooms in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and product usage.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, new products, and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product usage, and post-treatment care.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Beautician/Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in a variety of beauty and aesthetic treatments.
• Relevant qualifications/certifications in beauty therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and the latest trends in the industry.
• Proficiency in using beauty equipment and tools.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and provide personalised service.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
