We are now seeking a qualified and experienced Beauty Therapist (ITEC 3, 4 Level or
equivalent) to join our growing team in our Stephen’s Green and Rathmines clinics. The
successful candidate will have a solid background in Advanced facial treatments, Skin
analysis, Chemical Peels, and Microneedling.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

●● Advanced Skin Treatments

● Perform professional facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and related skincare

services.

● Analyze skin conditions and customize treatment plans for each client’s unique

needs.

● Recommend suitable homecare routines and clinic-based follow-up treatments.

●● Client Consultation & Experience

● Deliver detailed consultations to identify client concerns and expectations.

● Educate clients about skincare routines, treatment progress, and realistic results.

● Build trust and long-term relationships that encourage loyalty and referrals.

●● Team Collaboration & Training

● Work closely with the aesthetic team to combine facial care with other clinic

treatments.

● Stay up to date on skincare innovations and participate in in-house training.

●● Professional Conduct & Compliance

● Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.

● Keep treatment rooms clean, organised, and prepared to clinic standards.

● Uphold the clinic’s values of professionalism, discretion, and excellence.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

● Minimum 1 year of experience performing advanced facials and skin treatments.

● ITEC Level 3, 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent).

● Experience in performing facial treatments, peels is essential.

● Strong product knowledge and ability to communicate treatment benefits effectively.
