Job Description

For Your Eyes Only is an established lash and brow salon based in Kinsealy, North County Dublin. Since opening in 2013, we have built a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering high-quality, specialist treatments in a friendly and professional environment.

We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for brows and beauty to join our team. Experience or qualifications in treatments such as HD Brows, brow lamination, tinting, shaping and lash lifts would be a big advantage, however we are also very open to training the right person.

You may already be working as a brow artist or beauty therapist, or you may be a make-up artist looking to expand your skills into brows and lash lifts. For us, a great eye for detail, confidence working with clients and a willingness to learn are just as important as previous salon experience.

Full training and ongoing development can be provided for the right candidate.

Other Salary Information

Competitive hourly rate depending on experience and skill level.

Primary Duties

• Providing professional brow treatments to a consistently high standard.

• Carrying out client consultations and recommending suitable treatments.

• Creating a friendly, welcoming experience for every client.

• Maintaining excellent hygiene and salon standards.

• Keeping up to date with brow trends, techniques and treatments.

• Working as part of a friendly and supportive salon team.

• One late evening and Saturday availability will be required.

Requirements

• Must hold a recognised qualification in brow treatments.

• Previous salon experience is an advantage but not essential.

• Excellent attention to detail and a high standard of work.

• Friendly, professional and confident when dealing with clients.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

• A genuine interest in brows, beauty and developing their skills.

• Must be legally entitled to work in Ireland.
