We are looking for a Clinic Co-ordinator who is as ambitious as we are. You won't just be answering phones; you will be the heartbeat of our clinic, orchestrating the patient journey from the first enquiry to the final follow-up.

Primary Duties

The Orchestrator: Manage the clinic diary with precision, ensuring a seamless flow for our Medical Director and specialists.

The First Impression: Greet every patient with warmth and professional poise, making them feel at ease the moment they walk through our doors.

The Growth Driver: Master our clinic management systems to handle bookings, secure payments, and manage our patient loyalty programmes.

The Concierge: Proactively follow up with patients, manage enquiries across telephone, email, and social media, and ensure every lead is nurtured.

The Expert: Gain a deep understanding of our range of treatments across aesthetics and wellness to confidently guide patient enquiries.

Requirements

Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience in a high-end front-of-house role (Aesthetics, Medical, or Luxury Hospitality preferred).

Tech-Savvy: You are a quick learner with bespoke software and digital platforms.

The Problem-Solver: You stay calm under pressure and can pivot gracefully when the clinic becomes busy.

Meticulous: You are exceptionally well-organised, with a sharp eye for detail. You notice the small details—from the presentation of the waiting area to gaps in the diary.

A People Person: You possess exceptional soft skills and empathy, understanding that many of our patients are on a personal journey.
