Salary: €45,000 – €55,000 (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Clinic Manager / Senior Aesthetician to join our team. This is a dual role requiring both hands-on treatment expertise and strong leadership skills to oversee the daily running of the clinic.

Primary Duties

  • Perform advanced aesthetic treatments including:
  • Microneedling
  • Laser treatments (including Laser Genesis using Cutera technology)
  • Conduct in-depth consultations and create tailored treatment plans
  • Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, support, and motivate the clinic team
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care
  • Drive clinic performance, client retention, and treatment sales
  • Promote and sell professional skincare products

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a busy aesthetic clinic
  • Strong experience with Cutera devices (including Laser Genesis and microneedling)
  • Previous managerial or senior therapist experience essential
  • Experience with ZO Skin Health, SkinCeuticals, and HydraFacial (advantageous)
  • Excellent communication and consultation skills
  • Passion for aesthetics and delivering visible results
