Simplicité, a thriving skincare and beauty clinic in Straffan, is seeking an experienced and driven Business Manager to lead its day-to-day operations and play a key role in its continued growth. Known for its expert team and outstanding service offerings, Simplicité is the perfect place for a proactive and dedicated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment.

This is a full-time role (or four days per week) ideal for someone passionate about delivering excellence, achieving ambitious targets, and fostering a motivated and successful team.

The successful candidate will be hands-on and able to seamlessly oversee all aspects of the clinic, including recruitment, customer experience, team performance, online business, social media growth, and overall operations.

Primary Duties

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the clinic.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
• Drive growth through social media and online business strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Set and achieve sales and performance targets.
• Manage front-of-house operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Foster strong client and staff relationships.
• Regular reporting and data analysis to inform decision-making.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience managing a clinic, salon, or spa.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and performance targets (KPIs).
• Excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, products, and their benefits.
• Proficiency with Phorest and IT applications (Word, Excel).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Growth-oriented mindset and a passion for business development.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric approach with a focus on excellence.
