We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Customer Service Assistant, with flexibility to support our warehouse team when needed.
Role Summary
As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across email, phone, and social media. You will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, process orders, and ensure our customers have a positive experience with our brand. You will also assist in the warehouse on occasion, helping with tasks such as order packing, stocktaking, and product returns.
You would need to be centrally located in Dublin, within easy access to Ballymount, Dublin 12.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director.
Primary Duties
Customer Service:
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Resolve customer complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, warehouse) to resolve issues and improve service
- Identify common customer pain points and suggest improvements to processes
- Credit Control – collecting debtor balances
- Providing administrative support to both Directors
- Assist with weekly/monthly reporting
Warehouse Support (Occasional):
- Assist with order packing and shipping during busy periods or team absences
- Help with stock checks, inventory updates, and general organization of the warehouse
- Follow all health and safety protocols when working in the warehouse
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service (preferably in beauty, fashion, or e-commerce)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills and a friendly, empathetic attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using customer service and order management software
- Basic proficiency with Word and Excel
- Physical ability to assist with warehouse duties (e.g., lifting light boxes)
Nice to Have
- Passion for the beauty industry and knowledge of skincare/cosmetic products
- Experience with warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfilment
