This is a dual opportunity: Primary Role: Deliver exceptional Customer Service across email, social media, and live chat, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. Future Role: Train to become a Skin Nerd Consultant, performing virtual consultations and representing our brand at in-person events. You’ll be the human touch behind our tech-driven customer experience strategy, converting queries into purchases, upselling products, and supporting our clients’ skin journeys.

Location: Primarily remote, with regular in-person commitments for events or office days (often up to one day per week, but this may vary) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Competitive + Commission Opportunities

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via email, social, and live chat with empathy and expertise.
• Manage order issues, refunds, and replacements promptly.
• Engage with Instagram/TikTok mentions and DMs.
• Attend events across Ireland (and potentially occasionally abroad), representing our brand.
• Once trained, conduct virtual skin consultations via Zoom, educating clients on routines and products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance services and CX.
• Support marketing initiatives and record content for social media when needed.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Qualified Skin Therapist (CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent).
• Experience in a clinic or salon setting preferred but not essential.
• Customer service experience preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for helping people – if you haven’t worked in customer service before, don’t worry, we’ll train you!
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
• Ability to work remotely with a quiet home office and reliable internet.
• Flexibility for travel – most events are around Ireland in different locations, plus quarterly Dublin meetings.
• Sales aptitude and proactive mindset.
