Creating captivating content and designing sophisticated strategies, the agency is growing rapidly, and we are now looking for an enthusiastic and creative Digital, social media & Influencer Marketing Assistant to support our team in delivering engaging, results-driven campaigns.

We’re looking for a digitally switched-on, culturally curious Digital, social media & Influencer Assistant to join our team. You’ll support across day-to-day content creation, influencer relations and social strategy for a range of lifestyle, beauty and culture-led brands.

You’ll be part of a highly switched on creative team that loves ideas, storytelling and building genuine brand moments online.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in managing and scheduling social content across Instagram, TikTok and other key platforms.
• Monitor social channels, engage with communities and identify emerging trends and creators for both clients and internal channels.
• Assist and set-up paid social campaign ADs across TikTok and Meta.
• Support with content creation — from shooting on iPhone, copywriting captions and briefing creatives.
• Help build and maintain influencer targets, coordinate campaign send-outs and assist on influencer partnerships and campaigns.
• Assist in Influencer Marketing Campaign execution - including research, creative briefs, contracts, budgets and negotiations.
• Track performance metrics, assist in monthly reports and share insights to optimise content.
• Stay up to date with platform updates, social trends and pop culture moments that brands can tap into.

Requirements

• Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • A third-level qualification in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a digital, social media or influencer role — agency or brand-side. (Internship experience accepted)

  • A strong eye & passion for visual storytelling, brand tone and what performs on social media.

  • A data driven mindset and ability to pivot based on results.

  • Confident across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest are essential.

  • Familiarity with tools such as Later, Canva, Cap Cut, Meta Business Suite, AdobePro or similar.

  • Excellent writing and organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A natural team player with initiative, energy and curiosity about the digital and creator landscape
