We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and energetic Educator & Events Executive to deliver outstanding training, in-clinic events and brand activations across our portfolio — helping our clinic partners grow their confidence, their expertise and their results. Primary Duties

THE ROLE

• Deliver engaging, professional training sessions at our training centre in Howth, Co. Dublin
• Travel across Ireland approximately two days per week to run in-clinic events, training days and brand activations
• Build strong, trusted relationships with salons, spas, clinics and aesthetic practices to support their growth and confidence with our brands
• Work closely with the sales team to identify training needs, uncover upselling opportunities and drive the product knowledge that converts into results
• Represent Renaissance Products at brand events, trade days and promotional activities throughout the year
• Provide regular feedback from the field to the commercial and marketing team to help shape training content and strategy

Requirements

ABOUT YOU

You will have either:

• Proven experience as a trainer within the skincare, aesthetics or beauty industry, ideally with a background in sales; or
• A minimum of three years' experience as a therapist, with a strong track record in sales and hands-on experience treating a wide range of skin conditions
• As this role involves nationwide travel and regular training sessions at our Howth base, it is ideally suited to someone living in the north Dublin area or within easy commuting distance.

• Warm, outgoing personality with natural confidence in front of a group
• Comfortable presenting to and training audiences of varying sizes
• Strong knowledge of skincare, skin conditions and professional treatment protocols
• Commercially minded with a genuine understanding of sales and business growth
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised, self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule effectively
• Adaptable and comfortable working independently while on the road
• A genuine passion for skincare, education and helping clinic partners succeed
• Full, clean driving licence essential
