MediGlow Skin & Laser Clinic is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead our reception and client journey. We are a leading results-driven aesthetic clinic, specialising in advanced skin, laser and body treatments. MediGlow is passionate about exceptional client care, high standards, and delivering a luxury clinic experience from the moment a client walks through our doors.

About the Role
As Front of House Manager, you will be the face of MediGlow and a key leader within the clinic. You will ensure the clinic runs smoothly at reception level, delivering outstanding client service while supporting the wider team. (35-40 hours per week, including two Saturdays per month)

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day running of reception and front of house area
  • Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every client
  • Manage the front desk, appointments, and daily clinic flow
  • Supervise, train and support reception and front-of-house staff
  • Handle client enquiries (in-person, phone, email and online)
  • Provide input on promotions, packages and client retention initiatives
  • Support clinic management with reporting, rosters and general admin
  • Manage payments, retail sales, and daily cash reconciliation
  • Promote clinic treatments, packages and skincare products to clients
  • Resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently, escalating as necessary
  • Work closely with therapists to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and brand image

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.

Essential Experience

  • 3+ years working as a Therapist in the Skin and Laser industry and
  • 2 years Front of House/Reception management experience

The Ideal Candidate

  • 3-5 years' experience working in the skin and laser industry including a minimum of 2 years' experience in a front of house or reception management role
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Confident, polished and professional manner
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • High level of attention to detail, particularly in relation to client records, bookings and payments
  • Sales-focused mindset with strong knowledge of client consultation journeys and treatment pathways
  • Proactive and solution-focused, with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently
  • Experience with booking systems, Phorest experience an advantage
