Primary Duties

• Greeting Clients: Warmly welcoming every client as they arrive.
• Appointment Management: Scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming client appointments (via phone, online, or in-person).
• Answering Phones and Emails: Handling inquiries, bookings, and providing information about services and prices.
• Checking Clients In and Out: Ensuring smooth client flow through the salon — checking them in on arrival and processing payments when they leave.
• Taking Payments: Handling cash, card payments, tips, and issuing receipts.
• Retail Sales: Recommending and selling salon products 
• Managing Waiting Area: Keeping the reception and waiting areas clean, stocked with magazines, beverages, and ensuring it's tidy.
• Client Records: Updating and maintaining accurate records 
• Promotions and Upselling: Informing clients about new services, special offers, and loyalty programs.
• Stock Monitoring: Helping monitor front desk supplies.
• Team Communication: Relaying important messages between management. therapists and clients.
• Problem Solving: Handling client complaints or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Social Media/Marketing
• Administrative duties
