Primary Duties

• Perform professional laser hair removal treatments safely and effectively.
• Conduct client consultations, skin assessments and suitability checks prior to treatment.
• Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual skin types, hair types and client goals.
• Explain treatment procedures, expected results, contraindications and aftercare advice.
• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes and consent forms.
• Follow strict health, safety, hygiene and infection control procedures.
• Operate, maintain and care for laser equipment in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service in a luxury clinic environment.
• Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat bookings through excellent treatment outcomes.
• Support the promotion of clinic treatments, skincare products and services.
• Assist with clinic operations, appointment management and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards.
• Keep up to date with laser technology, skincare innovations and advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
