Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified, experienced, and passionate Skin and Laser Therapist to join our dynamic medispa team full-time. This role goes beyond traditional beauty therapy, it requires clinical expertise, a results-driven mindset, and a warm, client-focused approach.

As a therapist at Mint Medispa, you’ll provide high-quality aesthetic and laser treatments, deliver tailored skincare advice, and contribute to an environment where education, results, and luxury go hand-in-hand.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare and laser treatments (e.g., laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, chemical peels, microneedling) with precision and care.
• Deliver exceptional client consultations to develop tailored skincare plans.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product usage to ensure optimal results.
• Manage treatment follow-ups and client journey tracking.

Sales & Retail Performance

• Recommend skincare products based on client needs.
• Drive retail and treatment sales through personalized advice and trust-based relationships.
• Participate in in-house promotions and seasonal treatment campaigns.

Team Collaboration & Spa Standards

• Work closely with the reception and management teams to ensure smooth daily operations and a premium client experience.
• Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and contribute to overall spa cleanliness and presentation.
• Support junior team members and share expertise with the wider team.

Continuous Education & Innovation

• Stay up to date with the latest skincare innovations and technologies.
• Participate in regular in-house and external training provided by leading brands and educators.
• Contribute ideas to improve services, protocols, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Beauty Therapist (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC or equivalent) with laser certification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience performing laser treatments and advanced skincare treatments.
• Strong knowledge of advanced skincare and aesthetic modalities.
• Confident, professional, and client-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Passionate about skin health, ongoing education, and achieving results.
• Sales-focused with a natural ability to recommend treatments and products.
• A positive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury environment.
