We are specialists in Skincare, Laser and Holistic treatments. We collaborate with clinical skincare leaders, including Dermalogica, PCA Skin, and AlumierMD, to deliver lasting results. Our Gaia massage therapies, and holistic rituals support overall wellness and complement every skin journey.
Mint Medispa is home to advanced aesthetic and wellbeing treatments utilising technologies such as the Candela GentleMax Pro and Nordlys IPL & 1550 lasers, addressing concerns ranging from pigmentation and rosacea to scarring and sun damage.

Primary Duties

The Role

As a Laser Therapist at Mint, you’ll deliver personalised treatments with professionalism and care in a team driven by excellence. You’ll help clients feel their best, supported by best-in-class technology and skincare brands, for results driven services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing advanced skincare and laser treatments
• Creating a warm, welcoming space for clients
• Supporting skincare plans and retail recommendations
• Contributing to day-to-day MediSpa operations
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and presentation in all guest areas
• Communicating clearly with your team and other departments
• Representing Mint and Pembroke brands with pride
• Contribution to the continuing development of the business

Requirements

• Hold a recognised qualification in laser and light-based therapies (e.g. ITEC, VTCT, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year hands-on experience performing laser treatments in a clinical or aesthetic setting
• Strong knowledge of laser safety protocols, skin types, and treatment contraindications
• Experience delivering treatments such as laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation

Desirable:

• Practical experience using advanced laser systems, including:
  • Candela GentleMax Pro Plus
  • Nordlys
  • Observ skin analysis technology
• Experience working in a fast-paced aesthetic clinic environment
• Excellent client consultation skills and ability to create tailored treatment plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and professionalism
