Are you an experienced Front of House professional or Senior Therapist ready to step into a more operational, people-focused role?

This is a 4 day week Monday to Thursday role.

Coco Aesthetic Clinic & College is an award-winning, well-established clinic known for its high standards in skincare, advanced treatments, Laser and IPL services and exceptional client care. We are now seeking a Clinic Coordinator / Front of House Supervisor to become a key part of the team.

This position is to support the day-to-day running of the clinic and It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, and wants to step into a more senior, operational role. This position sits at the heart of the clinic and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all daily operations.
We’re looking for someone who brings both experience and personality to the role.

2 years minimum previous experience in a Front of House, Clinic Coordinator, or Supervisor role within a beauty, aesthetics, or clinic environment

*Strong experience using Phorest (or similar booking/CRM system)
*Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
*A natural communicator with a warm, professional, and confident manner
*A strong work ethic with a proactive, “hands-on” approach
*Comfortable taking initiative and supporting business operations
*A team player who enjoys working closely with therapists and management

Primary Duties

• Manage all client appointments and scheduling through Phorest
• Handle all client enquiries across phone, email, and online platforms
• Oversee daily payment transactions and ensure accuracy across all bookings
• Act as the main point of contact for therapists, supporting the team throughout the day
• Coordinate stock control, stock takes, and product ordering
• Support the delivery of a seamless, high-end client experience from arrival to departure
• Assist with improving clinic systems, organisation, and overall efficiency
