skin&bodyworks is an award-winning skin, laser and beauty clinic with locations in Ratoath and Navan, Co. Meath.

An opportunity is now available for a Part-Time Massage & Beauty Therapist to join the team in Ratoath. This role would suit a fully qualified Massage & Beauty Therapist who is passionate about massage, has a strong interest in skincare and is looking to grow their career within an established and highly reputable clinic.

Massage is a key part of the role, so the successful candidate must be confident and genuinely happy to perform massage treatments regularly. Alongside massage, the role offers the opportunity to work across a range of beauty and skincare treatments and continue developing your skills.

You will have the opportunity to work with leading professional skincare products, advanced treatment technologies and devices, with ongoing training and development to help you continue building your career within the industry. The successful candidate will also be commercially aware and confident with consultations, recommending suitable treatments and products, and working towards treatment and retail targets.

Primary Duties

• Deliver a range of massage treatments to a high professional standard.
• Perform massage confidently and consistently as a core part of the role.
• Deliver beauty treatments including waxing, brows, lashes and tinting.
• Conduct professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments based on client needs.
• Confidently recommend appropriate skincare, products and additional treatments.
• Work towards individual treatment and retail targets.
• Experience in deep tissue, Swedish, Indian head or lymphatic drainage massage would be highly desirable.
• Provide excellent client care throughout the consultation and treatment process.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism and treatment safety.
• Attend ongoing training and develop knowledge across new treatments, products and technologies.
• Work positively as part of the wider clinic team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will:

• Be fully qualified in both Massage Therapy and Beauty Therapy.
• Have solid professional experience delivering massage treatments.
• Be genuinely passionate about massage and happy to perform massage regularly as a core part of the role.
• Be confident and physically comfortable delivering massage treatments throughout their working day.
• Have experience across a range of massage techniques, ideally including deep tissue and Swedish massage.
• Have strong beauty therapy experience.
• Have experience in waxing, brows, lashes and tinting.
• Have excellent consultation, communication and client care skills.
• Be commercially aware and confident recommending treatments, products and homecare.
• Be comfortable working towards treatment and retail targets.
• Have a genuine passion for skincare and an interest in developing knowledge of advanced skin treatments.
• Be keen to learn and work with leading professional skincare brands, products and treatment technologies.
• Be professional, reliable and confident with clients.
• Be committed to ongoing training and professional development.
• Be a positive team player who enjoys working in a busy clinic environment.
