Primary Duties

• Manage a portfolio of clients’ PR accounts 6+
• Manage new accounts and the work flow along with existing business
• Develop and implement strategy for new and existing customers
• Providing strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns
• Treat the role in a commercially minded way while not losing sight of our culture
• Assist with wider team performance
• Lead projects
• Nurturing both press and client relationships
• Present performance to management
• Work on high value, high performing clients

Requirements

• Qualification at a minimum in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or PR equivalent experience considered –Minimum 5  years’ direct experience in relevant role, preferably within an agency environment.
• Demonstrate experience managing a portfolio of clients
• Must demonstrate strong industry network/ contacts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to details
• Self-motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise tasks and ensure deadlines are achieved
• Creative, strategic thinker
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a team-oriented environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills – excellent spelling, grammar and proof reading essential as well as having a creative flair
• Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite of products, as well as other internet tools and technologies such as Gmail, Sprout Social, Hootsuite; internet research and PowerPoint skills are a must
• Proven social and digital media expertise
