Who Should Attend:
Experienced Beauty, Spa, or Clinic Managers with 3–5+ years in leadership roles.

The Manager will oversee daily operations, team performance, and client experience across one or more luxury clinic locations. Working closely with senior leadership, you will play a key role in shaping strategy, achieving commercial goals, and maintaining the highest brand standards.

Requirements

5 Years + minimum experience.
  • 3–5+ years’ management experience in beauty, spa, or wellness sectors
  • Proven success leading teams and driving performance
  • Strong commercial awareness and leadership ability
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, and training skills
  • Eligible to relocate to Australia by January 2026 (visa support provided)
