Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee front-of-house operations, including reception and client experience
  • Manage Shortcuts booking system for appointments and client records
  • Handle payment transactions, reporting, and daily cashing-up
  • Monitor and manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Support and mentor the salon team to deliver exceptional service
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve business and performance goals

Requirements

Who Should Apply:

  • Experienced Salon Managers with proven leadership and organisational skills
  • Proficient in Shortcuts (or similar booking/CRM systems)
  • Strong knowledge of stock control, scheduling, and client service
  • Passionate about beauty, skincare, and operational excellence
