Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for high-end skincare? We are looking for a dynamic, field-based Area Sales Manager to champion our brands, drive new business, and nurture long-term partnerships with elite skincare professionals and high-end establishments.

The Mission
As the primary face of the brand in your territory, you won't just be selling products; you’ll be a strategic business partner. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will use your commercial acumen to mentor account holders, helping them scale their businesses through bespoke growth plans and expert product positioning.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development: Identify and secure new partnerships with premium clinics and spas through professional presentations and treatment demonstrations.
  • Strategic Growth: Analyze sales data and financial reports to identify trends, sell-in promotions, and increase average transaction values (ATV) across your territory.
  • Account Management: Act as the first line of communication for your partners—keeping them updated on new launches, marketing collateral, and industry insights.
  • Mentorship & Education: Collaborate with our education team to ensure stockists are experts in our brand. Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and social media brand awareness.
  • Event Leadership: Plan and host exclusive in-store events to drive consumer engagement and brand loyalty.
  • Reporting: Maintain high-level organization through CRM logging and accurate sales forecasting to be presented weekly to leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
  • Proven track record of opening new business within a territory.
  • Will have a strong commercial background and will be able to identify key growth opportunities including sales, promotions, education and marketing.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel, including occasional evening/weekends as necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, other software skills, and virtual meeting platforms.
