We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salon Manager to lead a team of 8 staff and oversee the day to day operation of our thriving salon on the outskirts of Galway city.
The ideal candidate will have passion for the industry. strong leadership skills and a customer focused mindset.

The ideal candidate must be flexible to work some weekends and late evenings.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities 

  • Team leadership  recruit .train and manage a team of therapists and support to ensure high performance ans positive work environment. 
  • Customer Service . Ensure exceptional client experience by 
  • maintaining hight standards and handling customer queries and complaints professionally. 
  • Sales and Marketing Devolop and implement strategies to increase client retention and price business through social media .
  • Compliance .. Ensure the salon adhere to all health and safety regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
  • Previous experience in salon management or leadership role an advantage. 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking ability 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential .
  • Knowledge of salon products .services.and industry trends 
  • Proficiency in booking software and financial management .
  • fluent English
