We are seeking a warm, professional, and highly organised Receptionist to join our award-winning and prestigious aesthetics clinic in Naas. This is a part-time role for Saturdays only, perfect for someone who enjoys delivering excellent customer service in a luxury, client-focused environment.

Primary Duties

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally on arrival
  • Manage appointment bookings and enquiries (phone, email & in-person)
  • Process payments and manage front desk administrative tasks
  • Support the clinic team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Maintain a polished, presentable reception area
  • Uphold client confidentiality and clinic protocols at all times

 

Requirements

2 Years minimum experience.
