An opportunity is now available for an experienced Senior Advanced Laser & Skin Specialist to join the team in Ratoath.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced therapist with a strong background in advanced skin and laser treatments who enjoys working in a busy, results-focused clinic. The successful candidate will be confident delivering consultations, creating treatment plans and providing exceptional client care.

You will join an established team with a strong focus on training, career development, advanced treatments and client results, with regular opportunities to develop your skills across new treatments, products and technologies.

Primary Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of advanced treatments and client care, including:

• Deliver advanced skin and laser treatments to an exceptional standard.
• Conduct detailed skin consultations, skin analysis and treatment assessments.
• Create personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and desired results.
• Perform advanced laser treatments, including IPL, fractional laser, ablative laser and radiofrequency treatments.
• Deliver advanced microneedling, including SkinPen, exosome microneedling and liquid needling.
• Perform laser hair removal treatments.
• Deliver Dermalux LED light therapy and other advanced skin treatments.
• Recommend appropriate treatment programmes and professional skincare.
• Provide exceptional client care throughout the consultation, treatment and follow-up process.
• Work towards individual treatment and retail targets.
• Confidently recommend suitable products and additional treatments where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client consultation and treatment records.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, professionalism and treatment safety.
• Keep up to date with the latest treatment techniques, technologies and industry developments.
• Attend regular training and development sessions.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinic team across Ratoath and Navan.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and confident Skin & Laser Specialist with:

• Strong hands-on experience in advanced skin and laser treatments.
• Extensive experience with IPL and advanced laser technologies.
• Experience with fractional laser, ablative laser and radiofrequency treatments.
• Experience in laser hair removal.
• Advanced microneedling experience, ideally including SkinPen or a similar system.
• Experience with exosome microneedling and liquid needling would be highly advantageous.
• Strong consultation and skin analysis skills.
• Experience using Observ or a similar skin analysis system would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of professional skincare and advanced treatment protocols.
• Experience or training with Environ, ANP, Ultraceuticals, iS Clinical, Clinicare or Skin Formulas would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and consultation skills.
• Confidence recommending treatment plans, products and additional services.
• A commercially aware approach and confidence working towards treatment and retail targets.
• A proven ability to build strong client relationships and achieve excellent treatment results.
• A professional, reliable and positive approach.
• The ability to work confidently within a busy clinic environment.
• A commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
• A strong team-focused approach.
