Our services include: Advanced Skincare Treatments: Environ, Image Skincare, and CACI facials, Nail Services: Manicures and pedicures using The Gel Bottle and CND Shellac, Specialized Treatments: HD Brows, lash lifts, waxing, tanning, and massage therapies

Primary Duties

As a Manager / Senior Beauty Therapist, your duties will include:

  • Performing a variety of beauty treatments, with a strong emphasis on facials
  • Leading and mentoring the therapist team to maintain high service standards
  • Managing daily salon operations, including scheduling and client relations
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with inventory management and product ordering

Requirements

3 Years minimum experience.
  • Minimum  3 years' experience in a senior therapist or managerial role
  • Proficiency in advanced facial treatments and skincare analysis
  • Qualifications in Shellac/Gel Polish application a plus
  • Additional certifications in HD Brows and lash lifts are advantageous
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
