BeautifulJobs is recruiting an experienced Skin Clinic Receptionist for a prestigious aesthetic skin clinic in North Dublin. This is a key front-of-house role for someone with strong clinical experience, confident in both reception duties and performing treatments.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing appointments, payments, and queries, while also supporting the clinical team. Your experience as a therapist performing skin or aesthetic treatments will allow you to provide professional, informed advice and assist with clinical tasks where required.

Primary Duties

• Front-of-house management: welcoming clients, answering calls, booking appointments, handling payments.
• Supporting clinical team with treatment preparation, client records, and clinical tasks.
• Providing expert guidance on treatments and products in a professional, clinical manner.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and professional clinic environment.
• Assisting with stock management and administration tasks as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a front-of-house role within an aesthetic or skin clinic.
• Experience as a therapist performing skin or aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, professional, and client-focused.
