We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spa Manager / Director to take the helm of a brand-new luxury spa in Carrigart, Donegal. (approx. 29km from Letterkenney) This is a rare opportunity to be part of something from the ground up — working alongside senior management to bring an exciting wellness destination to life. The Haven Spa is a new luxury boutique wet thermal spa at The Donegal Boardwalk Resort. As part of this exciting development we have also constructed brand new luxury accommodation with further development planned for later this year.

Primary Duties

As Spa Manager/Director, you will play a key leadership role in the pre-opening phase, including:

• Supporting the launch and full set-up of the spa, including layouts, product selection, service menus, and staffing.
• Recruiting, leading, and mentoring a dynamic spa team.
• Creating a culture of excellence in service and wellbeing.
• Assisting in selecting product lines and treatments that reflect our brand values of quality and innovation.
• Managing day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Spa Management or senior supervisory role.
• Passionate about wellness, beauty, and delivering a five-star guest experience.
• Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Knowledge of spa products, treatment trends, and holistic therapies.
• Organised, commercially aware, and confident with systems and operational procedures.
