We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Spa Manager to lead our talented team and take our spa to the next level of success. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone with a strong background in spa management, a passion for excellence, and a proven track record in both sales and people development.

The Spa Manager will be expected to lead by example — not only managing operations and achieving business targets but also jumping into treatments when needed to support the team. This role would suit candidates based in or within easy commuting distance of Kildare, Carlow, and Portlaoise.

Primary Duties

• Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of 10+ spa therapists, ensuring exceptional standards of service and professionalism.
• Drive sales and consistently deliver against revenue and performance targets.
• Support with training, mentoring, and developing the team to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain and enhance the reputation of our award-winning spa by ensuring a world-class guest experience at all times.
• Step into treatments when required to support business needs and uphold service standards.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and smooth running of the spa.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure repeat business through outstanding service delivery.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Spa Manager, Assistant Spa Manager, or Senior Therapist in a busy, high-end spa environment.
• Strong background in sales with proven success in achieving and exceeding targets.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing spa staff.
• Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a busy spa environment while maintaining a calm and professional approach.
• Flexibility to perform treatments as part of the role.
