Are you passionate about beauty, wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are looking for a talented and professional Spa Therapist to join the award-winning spa team at Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links.

You'll provide a range of luxurious face and body treatments while creating a warm, welcoming and relaxing experience for every guest. You'll also promote spa treatments and retail products, helping guests continue their wellness journey at home.

Primary Duties

  • Must be able to complete different massages: Reflexology, hollistic, de-stress/ Swedish/ lava shell/ deep tissues.
  • Must be able to do basic facials. Further training will be provided.
  • Delivering exceptional face and body treatments to the highest standards.
  • Providing outstanding customer service and create a relaxing guest experience.
  • Carrying out professional consultations and recommend suitable treatments and homecare products.
  • Promoting and selling etail products and spa packages.
  • Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Following all health, safety, hygiene, and spa protocols.
  • WorkIng collaboratively with the spa team to ensure a seamless guest journey.
  • Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the spa and reception when required.

Requirements

  • Certificates essential- ITEC and other Holistic certs required
  • Must be able to do basic facials. Further training will be provided.
  • Must have good time management and communication skills.
  • Eyebrows/eyelash tint & wax would be a plus.
  • Must speak English.
  • Must be currently residing in Ireland with a valid work permit
