Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, passionate, and experienced Massage and Skin Therapist to join our expert team. This full-time role is ideal for a therapist who thrives on delivering both results and relaxation, combining technical expertise in advanced facials with excellence in massage therapy.

You will deliver exceptional treatments, support your team, and help elevate the client experience to the highest standard.

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of massage techniques (deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, hot stone, etc.) tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver advanced facial treatments using professional skincare brands and technologies
• Conduct thorough consultations and adapt treatments based on skin analysis and client goals.
• Maintain outstanding hygiene and safety protocols across all services.

Client Experience & Care

• Offer a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from consultation to post-treatment care.
• Educate clients on homecare and lifestyle tips to enhance treatment results.
• Foster long-term client relationships through trust, service, and consistency.
• Manage treatment rebooking and client journey tracking to encourage loyalty and retention.

Sales & Professional Development

• Recommend skincare and wellness products with a consultative, trust-based approach.
• Drive both treatment and retail revenue through expert advice and client education.
• Participate in regular upskilling, brand training, and product knowledge sessions.

Requirements

• Fully qualified Beauty or Massage Therapist (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience in massage and facial treatments.
• Strong working knowledge of professional skincare, skin types, and treatment adaptations.
• Deep commitment to wellness, guest care, and continuous learning.
• Calm, confident presence and strong communication skills.
• Passion for delivering both relaxing and results-focused treatments.
