About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, organised, and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring our warehouse operates smoothly and that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

Hours: 7.30am – 3.30pm

Primary Duties

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Picking and packing customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Unpacking incoming stock deliveries and ensuring all items are checked and accounted for.
  • Placing stock into the correct storage locations and maintaining organised stock levels.
  • Maintaining stock accuracy through regular checks and updates.
  • Participating in the year-end stock take for several brands.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks as required.
  • Supporting requests and instructions from the Warehouse Manager.

Requirements

About You

  • Strong attention to detail and able to work accurately at pace.
  • Good organisational skills with a proactive attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically capable of lifting and moving stock items safely.
  • Previous warehouse or stores experience is an advantage.
  • Computer literate — experience with Excel, Word, and other basic software packages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn — training will be provided in all aspects of the role.
